Preparations for our Winemaker’s Dinner on Friday, June 13, 2014 are in full swing. Chef Dayn Smith has crafted a brilliant menu which pairs perfectly with the award-winning wines of Barboursville Vineyards. Luca Paschina, the charismatic mastermind behind some of the best-known varietals that Virginia produces, will be presenting the pairings with each course. The poolside reception commences at 7:00 pm, and will feature performances by several of the young stars of Lorin Maazel’s Castleton Festival. The five course dinner will be served in the Hunt Room at 8:00 pm.
