Chef Dayn’s culinary career started very early on working in restaurants at just 11 years old in Detroit, MI. He graduated with high honors from the Culinary Institute of America when he was 19 and shortly after, worked as the chef de partie tournant at Le Beau Rivage Palace in Lausanne, Switzerland. He earned his first title as Executive Chef at the age of 21 at none other than the United Nations Plaza Hotel in New York City. Since then, he has worn the head chef hat in world-class kitchens all over the globe, including The St. Moritz, Le Beau Rivage Palace, The Detroit Plaza Hotel, the Michigan Inn, and the Condado Plaza.
